CHERRY DELIGHT

Family recipe
1 roll of flaky pastry, 500 gr cherries,
125 gr flour, 4 eggs, 150 gr sugar, 1 glass
of kirsch, 1/2 envelope of baking powder,
1 glass of milk.
Line a pie shell with the roll of flaky pastry. In a mixing bowl, mix the eggs, the flour, the sugar, the baking powder and the kirsch together. Whisk together to obtain a smooth batter, and add the milk. Add the unpitte cherries. Pour into the lined pie shell and bake (no 6) for 30 minutes. Remove from the pie shell and let cool.
