The Vintner’s Apéritif


1 bottle and 1/2 of Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Ventoux or Côtes du Luberon white or rosé wine, 25 gr bitter orange peel, a zest of lemon peel, 35 camomile flowers, 1/2 vanilla bean, 50 lumps of sugar, 2 glasses of brandy.

Marinate all the ingredients for 3 days, stirring from time to time. The sugar should be well dissolved. Filter and bottle. Aging improves the taste of this delicious apéritif - to be enjoyed responsibly of course.
